Aromas of honeysuckle and citrus, this pinot gris is light a fruit forward. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature has kept this wine fresh and aromatic.

12.5% alcohol | 3.11 pH | 6.6 TA | 2.8 RS

Winemaking: This 100% estate Pinot Gris underwent fermentation and aging in stainless steel at low temperature with extended lees contact, enhancing its textural richness and perfectly expressing its site-driven Fraser Valley minerality.
