GENERAL FAQs

Can I change my reservation date/time if needed?

You can move your reservation to a different date and/or time based on availability through our TOCK booking system. Go to your booking and make the change.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person no less than 5 days prior to the original reservation. Please direct your request to Abbotsford@singletreewinery.com

Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?

Booking fees are non-refundable. We are happy to move your reservation to a different date and/or time based on availability, or transfer it to a different person no less than 4 days prior to your original reservation. You can move your reservation to a different date and/or time based on availability through our TOCK booking system. Go to your booking and make the change.

What is the service charge/gratuity? 

Service fee is at the discretion of our customers. Winery staff aim to provide you with the most enjoyable time and we make sure they receive 100% of any gratuities offered.

Are you able to accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?

Please contact us to advise of allergies and dietary restrictions at Abbotsford@singletreewinery.com no less than 5 days prior to the reservation.

Are you able to accommodate guests with accessibility needs?

Singletree Winery is accessible however the farm has uneven ground so those using a chair or wheels may need extra assistance. If you have other special needs please direct your request to Abbotsford@singletreewinery.com and we will do our best to assist.

How do I book a Guided Tasting or Wine Flight?

Visit our Tock page to book your tasting reservation! Choose your date, time slot, and then you will be directed to payment options. 


WINE CABANAS

How do I book a Cabana?

Go to our Tock page to make a Cabana reservation! Choose your date, time slot, drink and food items, and then you will be directed to payment options. 

What days are the Cabanas open on?

Cabana reservations are available Wednesday through Sunday at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm; with a 6:30pm time slot available only on Friday and Saturday.

What does it cost to be in the Cabana?

For $25 per person (must be 19+), receive your first glass of wine or mulled wine and 90 minutes in the Cabana. Non-refundable $25 fee per person upon booking.

How many s’mores are in each “S’more and Pour” Package?

For each $25 “S’more and Pour” Package, there are 3 s’mores in total of the chosen flavour. 

Are we able to order a glass of wine or bottle of wine in the Cabana?

Yes! You can purchase a glass or bottle of wine to enjoy in the Cabana.  

How many people can be in the Cabana?

We can accommodate a minimum and maximum of 2 people per Cabana.

Are the Cabanas heated?

No. As the Cabanas are an outdoor experience, we recommend that guests come dressed for outdoor comfort and warmth during the winter season. We have throws and sheepskins for you to cuddle up in, and a fire pit to roast s’mores and offer some heat. 

Are babies or children allowed in the Cabana?

No. The Cabanas are 19+. We do have an outdoor uncovered picnic area that can be enjoyed seasonally  by minors.

Can I bring outside food to the Cabanas?

No outside food is permissible in the Cabanas. If you want to enjoy your own food at our vineyard, we suggest you use our picnic area where you purchase a bottle of wine or even some of our delicious local food like cheese, smoked olives, dips and crackers. No outside alcohol permitted on any location of the winery.

Can I bring my pet to the Cabanas?

Yes, we are a dog-friendly winery. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to join you outside at the Cabanas!

Where do I go once I arrive at Singletree Winery?

Please check in at the Tasting Room, and we will bring you out to the Cabanas.


DI VINE DOMES

What is the difference between the DiVine Domes Daytime versus Nighttime Experience? Which one has dinner available?

This season, we are offering two Dome experiences for you to enjoy:

DAYTIME EXPERIENCE – Reservations available Wednesday through Sunday at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.

Non-refundable $35 fee per person upon booking

For a $35 fee per person (must be 19+), receive your first glass of wine or mulled wine and 90 minutes in the Dome.

Add to your visit with the optional purchase of a bottle or glasses of wine, or a specialty winter drink: White Mulled Wine / Mulled Apple Cider / Spiked Hot Chocolate / Hot Rum Toddy.

Add to your visit with the optional purchase of a food option: Charcuterie for Two / Chip ‘n’ Dip Trio for Two. More than two people in your group? You can add on items when you book.

NIGHTTIME EXPERIENCE – Reservations available Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm.

Non-refundable $35 fee per person upon booking

For a $35 fee per person (must be 19+) receive your first glass of wine or mulled wine and 2 hours in the Dome. 

DINNER MENU DECEMBER TO FEBRUARY AVAILABLE WITH NIGHTTIME EXPERIENCE. Must choose from the following dinner food menu options: Cheese Fondue for Two / Raclette for Two / Combination Raclette & Cheese Fondue for Two. More than two people in your group? You can add on items when you book.

What days are the Domes open on?

DAYTIME EXPERIENCE – 90-minute reservations are available Wednesday through Sunday at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. 

NIGHTTIME EXPERIENCE – 2-hour reservations are available Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm. Dinner menu available exclusively for Nighttime Experience reservations.

How long is my Dome reservation?

DAYTIME EXPERIENCE (reservations available Wednesday through Sunday at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm) – Each reservation is 90 minutes to ensure enough time for our team to clean and sanitize the Domes for the next seating. 

NIGHTTIME EXPERIENCE (reservations available Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm) – Each reservation is 2 hours to ensure enough time for guests to enjoy dinner and wine.

What does it cost to be in the Dome?

DAYTIME EXPERIENCE – For a fee of $35 per person (must be 19+), receive your first glass of wine or mulled wine and 90 minutes in the Dome. 

Non-refundable $35 fee per person upon booking

Add to your visit with the optional purchase of a bottle or glasses of wine, or a specialty winter drink: White Mulled Wine $12 / Mulled Apple Cider $10 / Spiked Hot Chocolate $12 / Hot Rum Toddy $15.

Non-refundable $35 fee per person upon booking 

DINNER MENU AVAILABLE WITH NIGHTTIME EXPERIENCE. Must choose from these three food options: Cheese Fondue for Two $50 / Raclette for Two $100 / Combination Raclette & Cheese Fondue for Two $150. More than two people in your group? You can add on items when you book.

Are the Domes heated?

Yes. There are heaters in the Dome to keep you comfortable. We also have throws and sheepskins for you to cuddle up in as it is an outdoor experience. Come dressed for a fun and outdoor comfort and warmth during the winter season.

Are we able to order a glass of wine or bottle of wine in the Dome?

Yes! You can purchase a glass or bottle of wine to enjoy in the Dome. We are a winery but also understand that there are some that would prefer a beer, so we do offer this alternative with the experience for them.

Are babies or children allowed in the Domes?

No. The Domes are 19+. We do have an uncovered outdoor picnic area at the winery that can be seasonally enjoyed by minors.

How early can I come before my reservation?

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your reservation starts to ensure you are seated on time. If you arrive late, we unfortunately will not be able to add the time to your booking, as we need to clean the Domes in between bookings.

How many people can be in the Dome?

We can accommodate a minimum of 2 people and up to 6 people per Dome.

Can I increase or decrease the amount of people in my group after the meals have been selected?

Fees for the originally booked number of guests are non-refundable. However, a booking can be reduced to a minimum of 2 people per Dome, or increased to a maximum of 6 people per Dome no less than 5 days prior to your reservation. Please direct your request to Abbotsford@singletreewinery.com.  

Can I bring outside food into the Domes?

No. No outside food is permissible inside the Domes. If you want to enjoy your own food at our vineyard, we suggest you use our picnic area where you purchase a bottle of wine or even some of our delicious local food like cheese, smoked olives, dips and crackers. No outside alcohol permitted on any location of the winery.

Can I bring my pet to the Domes?

No. As an option you can plan a trip to our picnic area, cabanas, or tasting room instead where well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome!

Can I smoke or vape in the Dome?

No. Please do not smoke or vape in the Domes. 

Where do I go once I arrive at Singletree Winery?

Please check in at the Tasting Room, and we will bring you out to the Domes.
