About Us
Singletree Winery is a multi-location, award-winning family-owned and operated winery. We have locations in Mt. Lehman (Fraser Valley) and on the Naramta Bench (Okanagan Valley). We pride ourselves on small lot, high quality and unique wines. We are always evolving our portfolio. We are passionate about our product as well as the people. Wine is an experience with every sip and we want to ensure that experience with every customer.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate your knowledge and passion of our wines
- Maintain cleanliness of the tasting room, rest room and patio
- Assist customers with sales and club sign ups
- Responsible for accurate sales transactions through 360 Winery point of sale
- Opening and closing duties
- Stocking of inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum one season in winery, hospitality or service related industry
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays
- Must be flexible as the hours of work will fluctuate with the volume of business
- Must have serving it right Certificate and be 19 years of age
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position including the ability to lift a case of wine and comfortable standing for extended periods of time

- Passion for wine and wine knowledge
- Able to work with a team and independently
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
Assets
- WSET Level 1 and above or equivalent
- Wine Sales/service skills
- Second language
