Wine Shipping

Any wine sold to you by Singletree Winery (“Singletree”) is sold in British Columbia, and title passes to you, the buyer, in British Columbia. The buyer is solely responsible for any ensuing shipment of wine.

By placing any wine order with Singletree, you authorize Singletree to act as your agent to engage a shipping company to deliver your order to your selected destination. We make no representations concerning your legal right to ship or receive wine into any province outside British Columbia.

The buyer is responsible for compliance with any applicable provincial laws regarding wine import, taxation or fees.

Wine Club

You confirm that you are over 19 years of age. It is your responsibility to inform Singletree of any address change, credit card information changes or delivery details.

Wine Club memberships are not transferable. Discount does not apply to sale items, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons and does not apply to Gift Certificates or corporate purchase.

Your membership will be renewed automatically unless cancelled by you or by Singletree winery. Members must be in ‘good standing’ for discounts to apply
